1. Event Registration
By registering for Sol de Invierno Tango Marathon, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit payment. Full payment must be completed according to the payment schedule provided at the time of registration.
2. Event Details
- Event Dates: November 5-10, 2026
- Location: Mukarnas Resort & Spa, Antalya, Turkey
- Package: Ultra All-Inclusive accommodation with all milongas and activities
3. Payment Terms
A non-refundable deposit of €100 is required to secure your registration. The remaining balance must be paid according to the following schedule:
- Deposit: €100 at time of registration
- Full balance: Due by October 1, 2026
Accepted payment methods will be communicated upon registration confirmation.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. Refunds are processed as follows:
- Before July 1, 2026: Full refund (minus €100 deposit)
- August 1 - September 30, 2026: €50 refund
- After October 1, 2026: No refund
The organizers reserve the right to cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, registered participants will receive a full refund.
5. Accommodation
Accommodation is provided at Mukarnas Resort & Spa on an ultra all-inclusive basis. Room assignments are made by the organizers based on the selected package (single or double occupancy). Specific room requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Check-in time is 14:00 and check-out time is 12:00.
6. Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to:
- Treat all attendees, staff, and hotel personnel with respect
- Follow traditional tango etiquette (cabeceo, line of dance, etc.)
- Maintain appropriate personal hygiene
- Respect the dance floor and other dancers
- Refrain from teaching or giving unsolicited advice on the dance floor
- Comply with hotel rules and regulations
The organizers reserve the right to remove any participant who violates the code of conduct without refund.
7. Health and Safety
Participants are responsible for their own health and safety. We recommend that all participants have adequate travel and health insurance. The organizers are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or health issues that may occur during the event. Participants with pre-existing medical conditions should consult their physician before attending.
8. Photography and Media
Professional photography and videography will take place during the event. By attending, you grant permission for your image to be used in promotional materials, social media, and future marketing. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify the registration desk upon arrival.
9. Airport Transfer
Airport transfer service is available from Antalya Airport (AYT) to Mukarnas Resort & Spa. Transfer requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before arrival. The organizers are not responsible for missed transfers due to flight delays or incorrect information provided by participants.
10. Liability
Sol de Invierno Tango Marathon organizers shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense arising from participation in the event. This includes but is not limited to: personal injury, property damage, theft, travel delays, or any other unforeseen circumstances. Participants attend at their own risk.
11. Changes to the Event
The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event program, DJs, activities, or schedule without prior notice. Such changes do not entitle participants to a refund.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Antalya, Turkey.
